In short, I was born and raised in California, but left early in life to join the US Air Force where the adventure really began. From Texas to Hawaii to Japan to Arkansas to Germany back to California to Georgia to Japan again then Germany again and finally to Waco, Texas. In the midst of everything, marriage, children, dogs, education and multiple careers.
Through my experiences, Real Estate and Life, I gained great knowledge and learned to understand my strengths better than ever; this is why I now specialize in helping people sell their Homesas well as assisting people with Relocation Needs..
Naturally analytical, my greatest interest in Real Estate is studying the residential market to help home sellers best position their homes for sale. From price to preparation to local conditions, I evaluate thoroughly prior to and constantly during a home’s market time. It’s like a puzzle, and getting the solution is not always easy, but I am excellent at solutions.
On the other hand, I have great compassion and take a very personal interest in people ON THE MOVE. I moved so many times myself both in and outside the US; I can truly understand and appreciate Relocating needs.
